Just in case you're reading this and happen to be in Copenhagen - the Danish Jewish Museum opened today.

The Danish Jewish Museum is housed on Slotsholmen, which has been the seat of Danish government for some 800 years. The Museum is in Christian IV's Royal Boat House in the old part of the Royal Library and has its entrance in the Library gardens. It is situated close to the many other cultural institutions and tourist sight on Slotsholmen: the Royal Library, the National Archives, the Danish Defence Museum, Christiansborg Palace, the Theatre Museum and the State Apartments.

The museum was designed by Daniel Liebskind, architect of the new World Trade Center site in NY. This page will show you models of what the museum is supposed to look like.
