If you've been following the Kerry campaign you know that since the economy is on the uptick he is searching for ways to differentiate himself from Bush in the War on Terror.

His latest scam is to convince Americans that Bush does not have us prepared for WMD attacks here in the U.S. becuase he's concentrating too hard overseas. Well that would be true, except....that it's not.

Kerry was the ONLY senator - that's right - 99 for and 1 MIA, that did not vote for a Bush initiated BioWeapons defense bill.
